- Provide clients with accurate information on fares, fees, and penalties
- Identify process improvements to enhance client experience
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service-focused with strong communication skills
- Problem solver with a positive, ambitious attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Travel agent experience is a plus (but not required)
