What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide information and referrals to Milwaukee County residents regarding economic assistance benefits
- Carry out high-volume case management duties over the phone or in person
- Assess factors and apply federal, state, and local policies to determine program eligibility
- Use complex computer systems to determine eligibility and manage cases
- Communicate effectively with clients, review documents, interpret policies, and process cases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer service
- Experience collecting information and maintaining electronic records
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Well-qualified applicants will also have experience in a call center, handling confidential information, and interpreting and applying policies in decision-making

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service
