What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers both inside and outside U-Haul centers with products and services
- Utilize smartphone technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up trucks and trailers while ensuring equipment cleanliness and safety
- Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices
- Participate in ongoing training and education programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to comply with safety precautions and use protective gear as necessary
- Availability to participate in ongoing training and certification programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with equipment rental services
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification available upon employment)
- Experience with automotive maintenance or repair
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
