What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve customer and sales representative inquiries, explaining product features and processing orders and returns
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Develop a thorough understanding of products to assist with additional accessories and backorders
- Enter and process orders received via various channels with high accuracy
- Provide over-the-phone assistance with product assembly and diagnose product malfunctions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience working in a customer-facing or call center environment
- Excellent computer skills; SAP experience is helpful
- Strong communication and problem-resolution skills
- Ability to think quickly and find innovative solutions
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive demeanor
