What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve customer and sales representative inquiries; explain product features, provide quotes, process orders, returns, and assist with customer service needs
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Develop a thorough understanding of products to effectively offer additional accessories and substitutes when items are backordered
- Enter and process orders received via various channels with a high degree of accuracy
- Achieve performance goals consistently and meet established KPIs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience working in a customer-facing or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem resolution skills
- Strong computer skills; SAP experience is helpful
- Ability to work in a goal-driven and customer-focused environment
- Upbeat, positive attitude with a professional approach to work
