      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions
      - Ensure customers receive accurate and timely information about their orders
      - Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs
      - Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage escalated customer issues
      - Provide efficient solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of customer-facing experience or a college degree
      - Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conversational fluency in English
      - 40 Words Per Minute (WPM) typing speed
      - Consistent high-speed internet connection (75mbps download/10mbps upload)
