Job Description

- Maintain business work in progress meetings and working group reviews
- Contribute, participate and follow through on end-to-end work in progress from development, conceptualisation, presentation to implementation
- Proactively manage stakeholder's expectations, prioritise and negotiate timelines and deliverables
- Keeping track of customer journeys, interacting with internal and external stakeholders across OML and platforms
- Work closely with various segments to obtain necessary information, sort through and interpret data, and summarize findings
- Report on cross-segment initiatives
- Assist in preparation of departmental reporting
- Relevant degree/ 3 year diploma in Business Management or related
- 2-3 years’ experience in the customer experience/ service discipline
- Exposure to customer experience training

This role provides holistic support to the Customer Experience team.
The focus is providing support in executing the OML Customer Experience strategy. The incumbent is responsible for facilitation and implementation of relevant Customer Experience interventions,ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED)
