What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personalized support to IXI members, including training and product recommendations
- Monitor customer metrics to ensure goals are achieved and products are utilized effectively
- Identify business development opportunities through account overviews
- Communicate program measures of success and risks to stakeholders and management
- Advocate for clients by building connections with internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cultivating and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge of macroeconomics in the financial services/brokerage industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate client pain points into actionable insights
- Experience in business intelligence and deriving insights from analytics
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence
