What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide onboarding and training support for school-based customers using ETR's digital products
- Identify, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries related to websites, subscriptions, and products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced non-profit environment
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and clients, maintaining professionalism and integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer success, technical support, or administrative roles, preferably in education technology or SAAS industries
- Exceptional project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 platform and applications
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance for business travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot Service Hub, Jira Service Management, or similar CRM applications
- Familiarity with K-12 school technology support
- Knowledge of e-commerce systems and event registration functionality
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups of people
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving non-profit environment
