What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues via phone, email, and Live Chat
- Create training videos and content for the Knowledge Base
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with new customers for guidance
- Document all customer communications in the CRM program
- Assist the Quality Assurance Team with testing new development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two years of experience in an eye care setting
- Experience with EMR/EHR software
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in patient scheduling, preliminary testing, optometric billing and coding, dispensary, and optical product ordering
