What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard and train partners during the launch of solutions at their institutions
- Assist in designing, hosting, and facilitating trainings and webinars for partner institutions
- Troubleshoot customer technical problems and escalate issues when necessary
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to share with the Product Team
- Track customer service KPIs and develop superior relationships with clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of customer success experience or similar
- Experience in the higher education industry preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and standard corporate productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Canva)
