      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide case creation and triage for all incoming customer events
      - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop services in a timely manner
      - Handle multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision
      - Collaborate with IT staff to ensure seamless support of desktop services
      - Strive for First Call Resolution within defined Service Level Agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 months to 2 years of work experience, or recent graduate from an IT Technical School or an Associate's Degree
      - Progress toward or completion of CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals certification
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Understanding of basic Windows, Macintosh, and other operating systems
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service or technical support role
      - Familiarity with common information architecture frameworks
      - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts
      - Strong interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving abilities
      - Experience utilizing chat functions in a support environment
