What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in educating customers on the software platform, system configurations, and documentation
- Support troubleshooting efforts for hardware and software-related customer inquiries
- Help manage and track customer support requests
- Conduct research on warranty information and assist in the return process for hardware components
- Organize and maintain customer site metadata and documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Some experience or coursework in IoT, environmental monitoring, or data analysis
- Basic familiarity with web technologies (HTML, APIs) or programming (Python, JavaScript, R) is helpful
