      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide new customers through the onboarding process for a smooth implementation
      - Conduct training sessions to ensure customers are proficient in utilizing products and services
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

      - Drive product adoption and usage among customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years experience as a customer success manager or similar role
      - Extensive knowledge in planning and executing retention strategies
      - Comprehensive knowledge of computer software and hardware
      - Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software systems
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in American Sign Language and familiarity with Deaf Culture
