What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison with sales, ad ops, audience development, and project management across major deals
- Organize and streamline communication and deliverables for clients throughout the campaign
- Create standardized campaign checklists and collaborate with internal teams
- Provide clients with campaign insights mid and post-campaign to enhance performance and encourage renewals
- Manage and oversee campaign benchmarks to inform future best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in digital publishing with post-sales and client-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree and experience managing campaign reporting and optimizing to meet client KPIs
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with BI platforms and technology for automating reporting
- Strong presentation skills for leading client conversations
