      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire customer lifecycle from implementation and onboarding to driving adoption and maximizing value
      - Lead customer onboarding projects, defining project goals and customizing launch strategies for successful engagements
      - Track project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed while reporting on achievements and risks
      - Build strong relationships with customers, facilitating meetings and maintaining clear communication
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and drive product usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 to 4+ years of customer success and/or project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
      - Strong project management skills including resource planning, risk mitigation, and managing complex requirements
      - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
      - Superior written and verbal communication skills, with aptitude for presentations
      - High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in planning or buying workflows in merchandising/retail
      - Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
      - Familiarity with Vitally CRM or previous experience with the employer's platform
