What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own customer relationships post-sale, including adoption, satisfaction, and renewals
- Manage customer activities such as onboarding, training, and growth with in-depth product knowledge
- Become an expert in SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other compliance standards
- Set up recurring customer syncs to discuss progress, opportunities, and gather feedback
- Deliver on key success metrics such as NPS and CSAT while achieving internal team goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory, risk management, compliance, or audit
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue growth
- Excellent people skills and the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Capability to collaborate effectively while balancing team and customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail
