      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field questions and direct clients to appropriate support resources, assisting them in defining strategies around employer solutions
      - Maintain pre-established relationships with dealership management and establish a reputation as a trusted advisor
      - Assess dealership risk factors and identify risk mitigation strategies for successful application usage
      - Prepare client-specific reports and presentations to educate and drive growth within client organizations
      - Collaborate with Sales to grow the employer's business with clients and implement strategies for retaining "at-risk" clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of client services, marketing, or sales experience in a B2B or outside sales/account management role
      - Ability to travel up to 50%
      - Knowledge of employer applications and familiarity with the automotive industry
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to work as a team member with limited supervision
      - High sense of urgency and ability to handle high-stress interactions appropriately

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with employer's organizational structure, solutions, implementation, and service models
      - Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms
      - Experience using a Customer Experience (CX) platform
      - Some knowledge of automotive dealership areas and workflows
      - BA/BS degree preferred, along with 3+ years of retail automotive experience
