      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gain a strong understanding of strategies and utilize best practices for retaining and growing large major accounts while mitigating risk
      - Collaborate with key executives, technical leadership, and the Sales team to customize and execute development strategies
      - Build trust and create meaningful relationships with champions and key executives within each account
      - Ensure clients understand the value Procore delivers and deliver a custom ROI story aligned with their business goals
      - Identify and forecast risk and growth opportunities within the portfolio

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of account management experience focused on larger clients, preferably in a SaaS environment or agency environment
      - Demonstrated success in renewing and expanding six-figure contracts
      - Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
      - Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
      - Ability to thrive in a team environment
