      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Regular engagement with assigned clients to enhance their experience
      - Ensure client contract renewal rates meet or exceed targets
      - Lead the development and execution of Strategic Business Reviews
      - Identify new opportunities and involve appropriate sales resources
      - Maintain accurate records of account profile, key contacts, and activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of customer success or account management experience
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to build relationships with C-level account contacts
      - Experience with SaaS products
      - Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the restaurant industry or with point-of-sale systems
      - Experience with client service and delivery of training sessions
