What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers to understand and achieve their business goals
- Analyze current accounts for efficiency and potential monetization opportunities
- Conduct in-person meetings with customers to discuss account changes and potential savings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Deliver Business Reviews and value-added materials to customers at their shipping locations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four or more years of account management and/or customer service experience
- Experience with B2B or SaaS software preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Located in the Denver or Salt Lake City market for in-person customer interactions
- Experience in call de-escalation preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom, Zendesk, JIRA, Slack, G Suite, and Looker
- In-depth understanding of ShipStation applications and E-Commerce markets
- Experience in analyzing shipping workflows and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
