What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a strategic portfolio of 100-150 sports customers through a blend of digital tech touch and one-on-one interactions
- Collaborate with clients to identify improvement areas and optimize their use of the PhotoShelter platform
- Provide strategic consultations and ongoing support as a trusted advisor and product expert
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer lifetime value and retention rates
- Conduct training sessions and customer success calls to drive product adoption and educate clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-7 years of experience managing a book of business in recurring revenue, including renewal and upsell processes
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital asset management technology, or relevant sports business experience
- Ability to articulate value clearly to various stakeholders within the customer base
- Deep understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices
- Proven track record in growing and expanding revenue streams
