      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers in effectively using the product and ensure successful setup within their first 90 days
      - Proactively engage with new customers through calls, texts, and emails to facilitate their success
      - Conduct training sessions and strategy calls via Zoom to help customers implement best practices
      - Maintain relationships with key accounts, providing regular check-ins and support as a trusted advisor
      - Advocate for customer needs across the company and educate them about new features and functionalities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing success role with enterprise-level accounts at a SaaS company
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Tech-savvy with proficiency in navigating SaaS applications and integrations
      - Ability to establish rapport with clients and a consultative approach to identify business opportunities
      - Proven ability to adapt and learn continuously in a dynamic environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial but not required
      - Previous remote work experience is considered an asset
      - A growth mindset with a strong desire to excel in all tasks and responsibilities
      - Ability to manage time effectively, especially during onboarding and for clients at risk of low adoption
      - A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and project initiation
