      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Onboard and coordinate training for clients on software, developing customized training programs
      - Regularly meet and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are maximizing software usage
      - Manage client accounts, offering tailored software solutions to address specific needs
      - Provide support by answering questions about product usage and troubleshooting technical issues
      - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met by new product features

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Law degree or formal legal education, or substantial experience working with law firms and attorneys
      - Experience in legal technology and/or with AI-based software platforms
      - Strong presenting and communication skills with experience training customers
      - Interest in learning about new technology and software
      - Ability to work on cross-functional teams focused on positive customer experiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with clients in a customer success or account management role
      - Familiarity with SaaS software and its adoption best practices
      - Proven problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
      - Experience in developing long-term client satisfaction strategies
