      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Onboard and coordinate training for clients on software, developing customized training programs
      - Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and maximize software value
      - Manage client accounts and offer tailored software solutions to address specific needs
      - Provide support by answering questions about product usage and troubleshooting technical issues
      - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are addressed by new features

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Law degree or formal legal education, or substantial experience working with law firms and attorneys
      - Experience in legal technology and/or with AI-based software platforms
      - Strong presenting and communication skills with experience in customer training
      - Interest in learning about new technology and software
      - Personable attitude with a positive approach to problem-solving and customer support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working on cross-functional teams focused on enhancing customer experiences
      - Familiarity with SaaS software adoption and customer success best practices
