Job Description
- Req#: R07269
- Build relationships between customer and service teams
- Build trust and transparency with customers through regular meetings and interactions
- Responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention
- Drive voice of customers with internal stakeholders and product teams
- Proactively engage customers to do regular account health checks
- Evaluate and analyze customer needs to drive internal change as required
- Adapt to new products prior to and post-release
- Work with customers on upgrading or adopting new products
- Encourage customers to upgrade products to the latest versions and promote SOTI One Platform solutions
- Help with smooth transitioning from pre-sales to post-sales customers
- Computer science, Computer Engineering, or related degree required
- 3-5 years experience in technical support, technical account management, or customer success positions strongly preferred
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Ability to generate and interpret customer health data
- Strong interest in mobility, solid understanding of leading and emerging mobile technologies along with working knowledge of Android, Apple & Windows Operating Systems
- Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Well-organized, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
