What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategies for customer growth and retention
- Review customer feedback and prioritize feature requests
- Drive the resolution of escalated issues and keep customers informed on status

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Customer Success and Support experience
- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing customer relationships
- Experience in determining customer goals and creating action plans to achieve them
- Self-motivated and focused on exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to adapt to change and excel in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in technology solutions for law enforcement or similar industries
- Ability to occasionally travel on-site with customers and attend conferences
- Track record of developing growth strategies and monitoring progress
