What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive long-term customer adoption and growth by understanding customer needs to achieve desired outcomes
- Secure renewals by delivering value, negotiating contracts, and minimizing customer churn
- Lead customer engagement activities, including best practices consultations and product feedback sessions
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and liaise with internal teams
- Represent Voice of Customer initiatives and provide actionable feedback to the Product team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A. or B.S. from a four-year university or equivalent proven work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success role with a B2B SaaS company
- Ability to support East Coast and EMEA hours for global customer engagement
- Strong understanding of engineering software or experience in a technical environment
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and strong analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- STEM degree, preferably in mechanical engineering
- Experience with engineering and CAD software such as Solidworks, Catia, Abaqus, Ansys, or Matlab
- Project management experience and familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Working knowledge of additive manufacturing and advanced manufacturing techniques
