      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customers through their product onboarding and provide training on the Vantage platform
      - Serve as the primary representative for customers through email, Slack, and Zoom calls
      - Communicate customer support issues and product feature requests to the internal team
      - Assist customers with subscription renewals and maintaining their accounts
      - Act as an advocate for customer needs within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of customer-centric industry experience as a Customer Success or Technical Account Manager in B2B tech or SaaS
      - Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
      - Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts from SMBs to large enterprises
      - High emotional intelligence and empathy toward customers
      - A positive and kind demeanor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in monitoring and observability
      - Experience in building and deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
      - Relevant experience in data visualization or financial products
