      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

      - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
      - Experience in customer success management
      - Solid organizational and planning skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Pendo, PlanHat, and Google Suite
