      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers, addressing issues with a positive, customer-centric approach
      - Proactively manage the contract renewal process for the assigned customer base
      - Collaborate with Sales, Support, Billing, and other internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
      - Conduct regular business reviews to optimize product usage and meet customer goals
      - Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and addressing challenges in collaboration with customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of Customer Success and/or Account Management experience
      - Industry experience in IT, Data Center, and/or managed services preferred
      - Proven ability to maintain valuable, outcome-based relationships with diverse customer accounts
      - Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel
      - Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in risk management and customer retention strategies
      - Familiarity with tools and processes that enhance customer engagement and value realization
      - Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs
