      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively reach out to existing customers in your account list to foster relationships
      - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while maintaining trusted advisor status
      - Document sales leads and engage in the sales process for demos or additional product purchases
      - Manage a large number of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization
      - Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and improve overall experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
      - Experience using Customer Success platforms such as Totango, Churn Zero, and GainSight
      - Experience working in a SaaS environment
      - Demonstrated experience with proactive customer outreach via phone or web meetings
      - Ability to assess customer needs and develop success plans to maximize product value
