      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the execution of In-Store, Merchandising, At Home, and Digital Media programs, including managing contracts and processing program assets
      - Collaborate closely with Sales to provide executional details and support for assigned accounts
      - Build and maintain strong relationships as a liaison between Sales, Clients, and Internal departments
      - Manage multiple programs, ensuring timely execution and addressing client inquiries
      - Evaluate processes for continuous improvement and assist with special projects as assigned by leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience)
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Campaign Management, Customer Success, or Customer Service/Client Services
      - Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
      - Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
      - Proven ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external partnerships

      - Experience with Salesforce
      - Proven track record of mitigating problems through effective troubleshooting
      - Strong skills in presenting complex information clearly to team members
