      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the entire post-sales experience, including onboarding, implementation, renewals, up-sells, and strategic account management
      - Act as a trusted advisor and advocate by collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer needs
      - Utilize data to gain insights into customers' business needs, goals, and product utilization
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers at client organizations
      - Identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion within existing accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) or Specialty insurance, with a focus on underwriting, operations, product, or systems
      - Experience in customer success, customer service, or client-facing relationship management roles
      - Strong consultative approach with the ability to nurture positive business relationships
      - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with familiarity in agile methodology
      - Strong business acumen and executive presence to convey credibility at all levels
