      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive adoption, retention, and expansion among key district and school accounts
      - Build and manage relationships with stakeholders to foster awareness and engagement
      - Develop communication strategies to monitor account health and deliver successful outcomes
      - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the Customer Success journey
      - Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategic plans based on performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers
      - Experience in leading project implementations and influencing cross-functional teams
      - Strong technical skills and eagerness to learn new software
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Previous experience in Educational Administration and/or SaaS implementations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Microsoft Suite
      - Familiarity with Student Information Systems and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports)
      - Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
