What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients to ensure quick monetization and value realization
- Provide personalized support, including training and product recommendations, to enhance customer experience
- Monitor customer metrics to track goal achievement and product utilization
- Identify opportunities for additional services or product upgrades based on customer needs
- Act as a client advocate by connecting with internal teams to address customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B customer success
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- Proven success in relationship-building roles and maintaining internal and external relationships
- Strong organizational or project management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's or advanced degree
- Experience with analytic-based projects
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Salesforce
- Industry experience in telecommunications, utilities/energy, and travel
- Familiarity with credit risk, data-driven marketing, identity, and fraud solutions
