      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver exceptional partner care and project management for K12 tutoring programs
      - Consult with district partners on strategies to promote and engage students in tutoring services
      - Coordinate with learning services and technology teams to meet customer needs for tutoring programs
      - Analyze client usage reports to identify trends and assess client health and performance
      - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within school district environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 4-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management
      - Proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing customer relationships
      - Excellent communication skills, including strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs (SalesForce), and understanding of online technologies
      - Ability to interact effectively in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with educational technology solutions
      - Experience working for a vendor supporting K12 schools and districts
      - Bilingual or multilingual abilities
      - Experience developing new service and implementation models
