What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary administrator for Planhat, overseeing system architecture and management
- Triage and refine Client Success Operations issues for effective and timely deployments
- Drive cross-functional programs to integrate Client Success engagement processes across teams
- Develop and roll out systems and tools to enhance team effectiveness and provide client insights
- Create and coordinate key reporting for leadership on customer adoption and business results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Progressive experience with tools like Planhat, Salesforce, and other Client Success systems
- Experience in business model design, change analysis, and metric design
- SaaS and B2B experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Planhat Admin certification
- Interest in open-source software and the healthcare technology sector
- Understanding of product usage data
