What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute a comprehensive Customer Success operations strategy focused on process improvements and scalability
- Analyze and optimize customer onboarding, renewal, and expansion processes for efficiency
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key customer metrics
- Oversee the implementation and management of Customer Success tools to enhance team productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Customer Success initiatives with broader company objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS company
- Proven experience managing and scaling operations within a Customer Success function
- Proficiency with Customer Success tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and BI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of metrics and customer health scores

- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
- Passion for customer success and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Familiarity with the SaaS customer lifecycle
