What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Science, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Perform analysis and interpret customer data during and after implementation with some oversight from leadership
- Support reporting and proactive monitoring of customer adoption through KPI development and analysis
- Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and support testing of product changes and improvements
- Maintain internal customer support tools such as Zendesk and Chameleon
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials (Engineering, Economics, or Business preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in technology, product management, or consulting, preferably in a cross-functional setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Advanced analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Ability to proactively manage multiple commitments and tasks across various customers and initiatives
