What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary administrator for Planhat, overseeing system architecture and management
- Triage and refine Client Success Operations issues for effective and timely deployments
- Drive cross-functional programs and initiatives to enhance business scalability and integration
- Lead the development and implementation of systems and digital tools to improve team efficiency
- Create and coordinate key reporting for leadership on customer adoption and business results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Progressive experience with tools such as Planhat, Salesforce, Mavenlink, or similar Client Success systems
- Experience with business model design, change and impact analysis, and metric design
- Familiarity with SaaS and B2B environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Planhat Admin certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in Intelerad and open-source software
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Understanding and knowledge of product usage data
