      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
      - Establish governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
      - Analyze operational effectiveness to identify performance issues and drive continuous improvement
      - Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver operations compliance reporting
      - Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of operations experience delivering and supporting high-quality, reliable technology services
      - 3+ years in a customer-facing or team lead role
      - Proven record of success running an IT Service Management operating model
      - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance principles
      - 4-year degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of and experience in the Healthcare industry in an IT role
      - Solid background in cloud architecture and microservices
      - Experience supporting SAP-enabled platforms
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented with respect to documentation
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
