      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound calls to provide a warm welcome to customers
      - Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, assisting borrowers with various inquiries
      - Process loan payments and assist with account maintenance
      - Adapt to changing policies and procedures while maintaining high-quality work
      - Meet and exceed team goals related to quality and customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role
      - Proven track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction and quality reviews
      - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to solve problems in ambiguous situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish
      - Experience with technologies such as Loan Pro, FICS, OneDrive, Asana, and custom software
      - High attention to detail and a growth mindset
      - Willingness to communicate openly and provide constructive feedback
