      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and oversee the quality control process for reservations, ensuring accuracy for seamless service delivery
      - Provide active trip support, maintaining communication during service with customers, operators, and drivers
      - Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers to ensure service fulfillment
      - Manage inbound phone lines and online chat to qualify prospects and assist customers
      - Generate reports from the CRM and assist with overall account management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Proven ability to prioritize and organize work assignments effectively
      - Proficiency in Google Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
      - Knowledge of CRM applications; experience with Zoho CRM preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the travel and tour industry or as a bus operator in a sales or operations role
      - Familiarity with reservations systems and online chat platforms
      - Strong mathematical reasoning abilities in a customer service context
      - Positive attitude and approach to customer interactions
