What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage and support the success of a portfolio of assigned customers, driving adoption and growth
- Oversee the onboarding of new customers and develop implementation plans based on their Desired Outcomes
- Serve as the product expert and trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize value from the employer’s solutions
- Conduct data-driven reviews and analysis on customer fraud activity, presenting findings and insights
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through high levels of engagement and communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, either in a leading or supporting capacity
- 2+ years of experience within a SaaS/AdTech environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an ability to perform deep troubleshooting
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or business intelligence tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree with a technological background
