What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Responsible for annual negotiations with existing customers
- Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into core product, marketing, and sales processes
- Lead the onboarding process and training of new clients

- Proven work experience in a relevant role
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
