      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical advice and support to prospective customers throughout the sales lifecycle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills
      - 3-5 years of experience in technical support, software sales, or account management
      - Proficiency in discussing technical concepts, including API based integrations
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
