      As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, blending hands-on technical support with strategies to grow and retain their portfolios.       Key Responsibilities:
      • Support Powerhouse: Deliver remote support across the continental US (Eastern Time Zone hours), troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and solving technical puzzles with precision.
      • Growth Driver: Spot opportunities to expand customer engagement, helping clients unlock more value from our platform and ensuring their long-term success.
      • Tech Explorer: Get deep into BrightMove's systems-debugging, configuring integrations, and staying on the cutting edge-to deliver smart, impactful solutions.

      Required Skills:
      • SaaS: Experience or familiarity with Software-as-a-Service environments and their unique challenges.
      • HTML, JavaScript, CSS: Proficiency in front-end web technologies for troubleshooting and customizing client solutions.
      • SQL: Ability to query and manipulate data to support customers and optimize system performance.
      • Atlassian Suite: Comfort with tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking issues and collaborating with teams.
      • CRM: Knowledge of customer relationship management systems to manage and grow client portfolios.
      • Intercom: Experience with Intercom or similar platforms for customer communication and support.
      • Preferred Experience: Background in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or CRM spaces is a plus, bringing valuable context to supporting our talent acquisition platform.
