      Your Role:

      As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the front line in delivering exceptional support and care to our clients.       Key Responsibilities:

      - Remote Support Extraordinaire: Work from anywhere in the continental US, with flexibility in Eastern Time Zone hours. You'll be the first to address customer needs, providing guidance, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive experience with our products.

      - Problem Solver: Assist customers with troubleshooting, understanding new features, and helping them maximize the value they get from BrightMove.

      - Continuous Learner: Immerse yourself in our technology and industry knowledge. You'll get hands-on experience and mentorship to grow your tech proficiency and confidence.

      - Customer Advocate: Be the empathetic listener, ensuring each customer feels heard, understood, and valued. Anticipate their needs and help exceed their expectations.
