What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide customers through the onboarding phase, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective product adoption
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Veeam products, resources, and training to enhance customer use case execution
- Address both technical and non-technical onboarding topics to facilitate a smooth transition
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges impacting customer experience and Time to Value
- Ensure alignment of customer onboarding activities with their business objectives and use cases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong technical understanding of Veeam technologies and related infrastructure (Servers/Storage/Networking)
- Proven ability to develop relationships with customers and internal teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited direction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with monitoring tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of data life-cycle management and IT audit requirements
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies
- VMCE and VMCA certification (can be completed after joining)
