      Customer Supply Chain Representative (CSCR)

      The Customer Supply Chain Representative (CSCR) is directly responsible for the successful generation, fulfillment and delivery of customer purchase orders. This includes coordination, execution, problem resolution, analysis and communication necessary to ensure an excellent customer experience.

      The Customer Supply Chain Representative is a critical role with the Supply Chain Team, as the primary point of contact for our customer they are responsible for building a collaborative customer centric relationship. The Customer Supply Chain Representative will own the order to delivery process and work closely with their customers to drive critical supply chain capabilities and metrics. As the primary point of contact they will keep the customer informed on order and product flow dedicating additional analytics to insure successful promotions and seasonal selling periods.

      What are we looking for?

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management and/or related field preferred.

      OR

      • 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer-facing role.

      Knowledge and Experience needed:

      Intermediate to advanced level of MS Excel

      Excellent written & verbal communication skills

      Excellent organizational skills

      Excellent time management skills

      Ability to interact and communicate effectively with other internal departments.

      Knowledge of EDI, ERP and SAP preferred.

      What will be your key responsibilities?

      • Build a relationship with the customer to enhance trust and collaboration.

      • Manage order activities to ensure timely delivery creation, load planning and adherence to requested arrival date.

      • Proactively communicate any issues to sales and the customer, take the lead to improve processes and resolve problems.

      • Manage key master data in all order management systems (SAP) and desk guide.

      • Represent customer at cross functional CMOS meetings and participate in problem solving and after-action reviews as necessary.

      • Recognize and resolve any potential order conflicts to insure on time and in full order delivery. First point of contact between the customer and key Mars Wrigley Confectionary functions to ensure timely production, delivery, and risk mitigation for customer orders.

      • Manage projects to drive improvements to customer metrics.

      • Customer Service Representative will validate, for their respective account responsibility, and code as appropriate in High Radius. Coding must be done timely (with goal to meet or exceed target cycle time).
